Fee
£250 per 5 people
from same organisation (NHS)
£300 per 5 people from same organisation (non-NHS)
Confirmation and Booking
All bookings will be confirmed by fax and a payment form forwarded.
Cancellations/substitutions
A refund, less 20% administration fee will be made if cancellations
are received in writing, at least 4 weeks before the Fact Finding
Day. We regret that any cancellation after this time will not be
refunded, and that refunds for failure to attend the conference
cannot be made, but substitute delegates are welcome at any time.
